Job summary

eFinancialCareers is seeking an AI Engineer in London to develop Generative AI applications and bring them into production. You will work with Python, React and AWS to build LLM-powered features, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.

Ideal candidates have strong Python and React/TypeScript experience and hands-on experience with GenAI, embeddings, and prompt engineering. 3-4 days onsite in Paddington, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience.
• React / TypeScript experience.
• Hands‑on experience building Generative AI / LLM applications.
• Experience with RAG pipelines.
• Understanding of AI agents / agentic workflows.
• AWS experience.
• Experience taking applications into production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and productionalize Generative AI applications.
• Build AI solutions using Python, React and AWS.
• Design and implement LLM-powered features and pipelines.
• Work with business teams to turn open-ended problems into working solutions.
• Explore vector databases, embeddings and prompt engineering as needed.
