Job Title: AI Content Writer
Location: North West (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We're on the lookout for a creative and detail-driven AI Content Writer to help transform how we deliver tenders and proposals using cutting-edge Generative AI. Partnering with PEAK AI and our internal Bids & Tenders team, you'll play a key role in developing our AI knowledge base and ensuring all AI-generated responses are high-quality, accurate, and aligned with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the AI knowledge base

• Create tailored content for tenders, bids, and proposals using generative AI tools

• Research and fact-check AI responses, identifying and filling knowledge gaps

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and relevance

• Edit, proofread, and refine AI-generated content for tone, clarity, and compliance

• Monitor content performance and optimise accordingly

• Define and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice

• Support the ongoing development of Speedy's AI platform

About You:

• Experience in bid writing, marketing content, journalism, or copywriting

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper)

• Able to translate technical info into engaging content

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with long-form or technical content

Desirable:

• Degree in English, Communications, Marketing or similar

• Knowledge of the hire industry
