Company Description

CML stores and delivers a wide variety of food products in a chilled temperature environment, while also offering a series of added value solutions to its clients. This is a career, not just a job.

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Lutterworth on a permanent and full-time basis.

Shift: 4on4off 12:00-00:00 shifts available.

Salary: £28,588 per annum plus £1,000 attendance bonus and £500 MHE bonus — Total annual salary £30,088 per annum.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

1. Loading and unloading pallets using ride-on powered pallet trucks (PPT).
2. Loading and unloading different types of trailers using RF guns to scan pallets.
3. Moving pallets throughout the warehouse and allocating them to relevant locations.
4. This is a very engaging role due to the fast-paced nature of our operation.

Qualifications:

• FLT (REACH) license is essential.
• Ability to work within a chilled environment of 2-5 degrees Celsius.
• Able to work towards targets within a fast-paced environment.
• MHE experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Conscientious and reliable nature.
