Job Description:

Shift: Monday-Friday, weekly rotation between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

Salary: £25,436 per annum.

Overtime: x1.5 basic hourly rate.

  • Pick stock and orders from designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE.
  • Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
  • Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
  • Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Managers.
  • Monitor and uphold housekeeping standards.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, reporting issues to supervisors.
  • Report damages in accordance with warehouse procedures.
  • Operate MHE equipment safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of PPT experience is essential.
  • External forklift licences required unless a Culina in-house licence is held.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in operating MHE to meet operational needs.
  • Good verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player with adaptable training approach.
  • Reliable, conscientious, and with a positive attitude.
