Overview

Great Bear (Part of the Culina Group) provides distribution services to FMCG clients. Customer centric service focus is delivered through a site-level empowered culture. We are recruiting for General Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Great Bear Lutterworth on a full-time, permanent basis. Shift: Sunday–Thursday 22:00–06:00. Salary: £30,679 per annum.

Responsibilities

• You will be working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment dealing with a mix of alcohol, tea and cooking sauces.
• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of health & safety at all times.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous PPT experience is essential for this position.
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse would be desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work on their own initiative.
• Adherence to quality standards.
• Adaptability to changes.
