Our client, a 'Good' primary school in Oxford, is seeking a dedicated General Teaching Assistant to join their team for the upcoming academic year. The school, graded 'Good' by Ofsted, is looking for a graduate with experience working with children in similar settings.

The role involves supporting the classroom, assisting with lesson preparation and delivery, and working with children individually and in small groups, focusing on numeracy and literacy. Additional responsibilities include supporting extracurricular activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least a C grade in GCSE Maths and English, and be enthusiastic about engaging with the wider school community. Interests in sports, music, arts, drama, or theatre are desirable.
