Join Our Team as a General Support Teaching Assistant!

Location: Primary Schools across Bristol

Start Date: September 2025 (or as soon as possible)

Hours: Full-time and part-time roles available

Contract Type: Fixed-term and permanent positions

As a General Support Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
  • Help create a positive and engaging classroom environment
  • Support children with additional needs to access learning
  • Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience working with children (in a school or other setting) is desirable
  • A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
