Job summary

Grafter is looking for a Labourer to assist with external facade works in St Johns Wood. Responsibilities include material moving and cleaning tasks, and the use of power tools as required. Candidates must be presentable and able to work confidently on scaffolding. This is a temporary position, starting on 09/06/2025, for a duration of 30 days, offering working hours from 0800 to 1600, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must supply own safety footwear.
• Experience with external facade work preferred.
• Confidence working on scaffolding is essential.

Job description

Grafter is hiring for a range of contract and short-term jobs across the UK. We currently have a client looking to fill a role with the following description: 'Labourer required for external facade works in St Johns Wood.

Usual material moving and cleaning tasks, along with some use of power tools where necessary.

The site is a 7 storey occupied residential block. So candidates must be presentable and confident working on scaffolding.

No parking is available on site, but we are less than 5mins walk from St Johns Wood station

Working hours are 0800-1600 Mon-Fri with two 30min breaks. [1030-1100 and 1300-1330]

Paid weekly via CIS with gross pay of £132 per day [£110 net]

Must supply own safety footwear, all other PPE will be provided'.You would be engaged, managed and paid by the employer, using the Grafter platform. Start Date: 09/06/2025 Duration: 30 Days days
