What we're looking for:

  • Proven leadership and line management skills, with the ability to motivate a team.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and budgets, with strong financial acumen.

  • Competent IT skills including MS Office and familiarity with CAFM systems (ideally Maximo).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work diplomatically at all levels.

  • Knowledge of Hard FM services, health & safety regulations, and IOSH Managing Safely certification.

  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
