About The Role:
Compensation is $17-19 per hour based on experience, including additional incentives.
The General Service Technician role involves both front and back shop responsibilities, including at least two days per week at the front counter. Responsibilities include performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance, communicating issues and solutions to guests, and playing a key role as a key holder and manager on duty when needed. The role focuses on providing excellent guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and dust. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and stooping.
