This school is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable General Science Teacher to join a dedicated and forward-thinking Science department. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional to engage students in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4. Starting June 2025.

Duties as a General Science Teacher:

1. Deliver high-quality lessons across the science curriculum (KS3–KS4)
2. Support students to develop their investigative skills, scientific knowledge, and critical thinking
3. Prepare learners for internal assessments and external qualifications (e.g., GCSE Combined Science or Triple Science)
4. Contribute to curriculum development and participate in enrichment activities such as STEM clubs and science fairs
5. Use data to monitor progress and support students of all abilities

Ideal General Science Teacher:

1. A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a Science-related degree
2. Ability to teach across all three sciences at KS3 and Combined Science at KS4
3. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for making science accessible and engaging
4. Strong classroom management and communication skills
5. A team player with a commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration
