Duties as a General Science Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and effective science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Contribute to department planning, enrichment, and extracurricular activities

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and learning

Ideal General Science Teacher:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a relevant science degree

  • Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry and Physics

  • Ability to inspire and engage learners of all abilities
