Our client, a well-established packaging company based in Dubai, is seeking a General Sales Managerto lead the company’s commercial and sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and support operational efficiency. Role Overview

As General Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the sales and commercial functions of the business. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue, expanding market share, developing high-performing sales teams, and executing data-driven strategies that align with the company’s operational goals and long-term growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities and key growth areas
  • Drive top-line revenue by developing and executing effective sales plans
  • Define, monitor, and exceed key sales KPIs including revenue targets, client acquisition, customer retention, and profitability margins
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to inform pricing, product positioning, and sales strategy
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure sales goals are aligned with production capabilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple channels
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the sales department
