What you'll do day to day
  • Develop Sales Executives within the team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Act as a contact between the company and its markets
  • Support sales negotiations and closure of sales
  • Gather market and customer information
  • Negotiate variations in price, delivery, and specifications
  • Advise on product developments and promotions
  • Check quantities of goods on display and in stock
  • Monitor vehicles in build and coordinate with production
  • Review sales performance to meet or exceed targets
  • Understand customers' businesses and needs
  • Train and develop Sales Executives
  • Conduct performance reviews
Helpful skills and qualifications
