We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our team at Vertu Volvo Plymouth! We are offering a £40,000 basic salary and OTE of £55,000 plus company car and company benefits.

As a General Sales Manager, you will be leading and managing a controlled sales process through a team including Business Managers, Sales Executives, and support colleagues.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor and report on sales performance.
4. Develop sales strategies to attract new customers.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a sales management role.
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
