We’re excited to share an excellent opportunity to join our successful and stable team at Vertu Honda Mansfield.

This General Sales Manager role has opened up due to an internal promotion — and it could be the perfect next step for an experienced Sales Manager or an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager ready to grow. We are offering a £40,000 basic salary OTE £60,000 plus company car and company benefits.

You'll be leading a high-performing team and helping shape the sales strategy for both new and used vehicles, including additional products such as finance packages. With customer experience at the core of what we do, your role will focus on guiding your team through a structured, ethical sales process that puts people first.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading, coaching, and supporting a passionate sales team, including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support colleagues
  • Driving performance through hands-on management and active customer engagement
  • Overseeing campaigns and promotions that align with brand values and boost sales
  • Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and ethical practices at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For:

You might be a proven Sales Manager in the motor industry with a track record of achieving strong results — or an experienced Assistant Sales Manager ready to take on your first big leadership role. Either way, you’ll bring:
