We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our client’s dealership in Letchworth.

Our client is offering the successful candidate up to £65,000 OTE.

Benefits:

• Up to £45,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
• £65,000 OTE
• Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm / Saturdays 9 am - 5 pm / Sundays 10 am - 4 pm (1 in 3)
• Day off in the week
• Company car provided
• Main car dealership environment
• Proven successful track record required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
• Develop and implement dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
• Support the dealership in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure dealership activities comply with client, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
• Sell and buy vehicles.
