At our Vertu Hyundai Exeter dealership, we are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our team!

We are offering a £45,000 basic salary with an OTE of £65,000, plus a company car and an excellent range of company benefits.

As a General Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a controlled sales process through a team including Business Managers, Sales Executives, and support colleagues. Your role involves regular coaching, robust management, and constant customer interaction, with first and second facing activity at its core. You will serve and support your team to sell new and used vehicles, including add-on products like finance, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales, upholding the highest ethical standards.

We are looking for a talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the motor industry. You should demonstrate your ability to increase sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
