General Sales Manager

My client, an established main dealership, is looking for a Car Sales Manager to oversee their Sales Department based in Norfolk.

Your duties as a Car Sales Manager will include:

1. The day-to-day running of the Sales Department
2. Budgeting and Forecasting
3. Sales Management
4. Maximizing profitability of the business whilst maintaining high customer standards
5. Maintaining KPI and CSI standards

You must be customer-focused, highly motivated, target-driven, and possess strong organisational and management skills. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment is essential.
