Desira Group operates the Easypeasy site in Diss, seeking a General Sales Manager to drive the used-vehicle operation. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer focus, and the ability to maximise profitability through pricing, stock management and finance products.

You will lead a sales team and work to expand market share at a busy, well-positioned site. We offer a competitive basic salary with a bonus scheme, and a generous leave entitlement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Sales Manager in automotive retail.
• Passion for Used Cars and understanding of stock, pricing, preparation and profit.
• Commercially focused, motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the front and drive overall sales performance of the Diss site.
• Develop and grow the used cars sales operation including finance and add-on products.
• Monitor stock levels, pricing strategies and vehicle preparation for profitability.
• Uphold high levels of customer service and staff engagement.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the business and improve processes.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking and commercially driven individual with a proven track record as a Sales Manager to join our Easypeasy site in Diss.

Situated in a fantastic location with excellent footfall and high levels of passing traffic, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to make their mark and play a key role in developing the business.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record in a Sales Manager
• Has a genuine passion for Used Cars and understands the importance of stock, pricing, preparation and profit
• Is commercially focused, motivated and driven to achieve results
• Can lead, motivate and develop a sales team
• Is forward-thinking and confident in identifying new opportunities to grow the business
• Has excellent customer and communication skills
• Is prepared to be hands‑on and lead from the front

• Competitive basic salary & bonus scheme.

• The ideal candidate must be able to drive the Sales Performance of Used Cars including finance and additional products.
• Customer Satisfaction is paramount to this role. Need to ensure staff provide the highest level of customer service at all times. This is targeted by the brand.
• Must hold a driving licence.
• Continuous training will be provided to further knowledge & skill set for career progression.
