Job description

Sytner Group has a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced General Sales Manager to join our management team at Select Warrington.

As a Sytner General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability of the used vehicle department and customer retention. You will create annual dealership sales forecasts and targets, and communicate these to the sales team.

You will also hire, monitor the performance of department managers and executives, hold weekly sales meetings, and provide sales mentoring and support.

This is a full-time role, which may include weekends, to ensure we provide the highest levels of customer service.

About you

Ideally, you will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the automotive industry.

The ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximize profitability across all sales areas is essential.
