General Sales Manager Franchised Car Dealership

Location: Bexhill, East Sussex

Basic Salary: GBP35,000 – GBP45,000 DOE

OTE: Uncapped % of Bottom Line

Hours: Monday Friday 8:30am 6:00pm Saturdays 9:00am 5:00pm Day Off in Week

We re looking for a driven and dynamic General Sales Manager to lead the sales department of a well–established franchised dealership. Whether you're an experienced Sales Manager ready for a fresh challenge, or a high–performing Business Manager or ASM ready to step up we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

You ll be responsible for managing a team of 4 Sales Executives currently selling an average of 35 used and 20 new vehicles each month. This is a team with potential but needs the right leadership to push performance to the next level.

We need a General Sales Manager who can:

• Motivate and develop the team to increase sales conversions

• Instil strong sales processes and structure across the department

• Build a culture of accountability and urgency

• Challenge the current mindset no more letting customers walk!

• Work closely with the senior management team to drive profitability

• Experience in a franchised dealership is ideal, but we will consider candidates ready to step up
