General Sales Manager - Yeomans Hyundai Bexhill

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager or a high performing Business Manager/Sales Controller who is looking to take the next step up in their career to join us at Yeomans Hyundai Bexhill

This is very much a ‘hands on’ role and requires an exceptionally talented individual to take full control of the operation of the sales department. If you are determined, motivated and thrive on consistently exceeding objectives, then this is the role for you.

You should have a minimum of 3 years sales experience from within the motor trade, a proven track record in selling and negotiating, along with an unquestionable ability to implement and run a regimented sales process in order to maximise all opportunities.

Reporting to the Franchise Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the sales team on a daily basis, stacking deals and second-facing prospects
  • Purchasing, marketing and maintaining used vehicle stocks
  • Ensuring the dealership meets all appropriate Hyundai franchise standards
  • Implementing and maintaining sales processes within the department
  • Ensuring that financial targets and customer satisfaction objectives are met
  • Handling any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner whilst identifying trends to prevent recurring issues
  • Monitoring and controlling sales department and dealership expenditure
  • Instigating and encouraging staff coaching and development

The successful applicant will also have good communication skills, the ability to use their own initiative and be genuinely passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience at every opportunity.
