• Drive the performance of the new and used sales operations and act as top on site.
• Lead stock management and financial analysis.
• Inspire and motivate those around you to achieve better results and deliver high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure high standards of site presentation and attention to detail.
• Work with the Divisional Director to support business plans and growth targets.
