As a General Sales Assistant - Keyholder within our stores, you'll be delivering an efficient and reliable service to our customers who are at the heart of everything we do. You will be a customer advisor achieving our sales whilst living our Matalan Values; maintaining a high performing, energetic and adaptable energy - all whilst making sure that our customer's experience in-store is at the forefront of our work.
In addition, you will support the management team where required, and at times have sole responsibility with store open/close procedures, helping guide your colleagues and gaining exposure to build leadership capabilities, driving store and colleague performance, and championing our customer service in store.
