Job summary

Spire Healthcare Cardiff is recruiting a General Radiographer to join our Radiology team and deliver high-quality imaging services across the hospital. The role offers the chance to work across clinical settings, supporting accurate diagnoses with expert technical skill and patient-focused care.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide imaging in the Radiology Department and in theatre environments, upholding safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• BSc in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
• Post-registration experience relevant to a General Radiographer.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently when required.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent attention to detail and high technical radiography knowledge.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Provide imaging services to patients within the Radiology Department.
• Support imaging requirements within theatre environments.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images in line with professional standards.
• Interpret patient data to support clinical diagnosis.
• Ensure imaging procedures are carried out safely and effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of technical practice and patient care.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Radiology service.
