Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 6/7 General Radiographer Locum to join the Stoke-on-Trent team. The role requires UK radiography registration with HCPC and at least 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, including fluoro imaging.

The post offers Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 hours, in a supportive multidisciplinary environment, with emphasis on high-quality imaging and patient care. Immediate start available for an ongoing locum contract.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Radiography and HCPC registration.
• 1–2 years post-qualification UK radiography experience.
• Experience with fluoroscopy (NHS or private) and radiographic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy, and produce high-quality images.
• Explain procedures, obtain informed consent and ensure patient comfort.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment and adhere to QA and safety protocols.
• Assist in initial image interpretation and report significant findings to the radiologist or clinician.
• Support and supervise junior radiographers and learners where required.
