We're looking for motivated GPs to join our ENT colleagues at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) as General Practitioners with a Special Interest (GPwSI) in ENT.

This opportunity allows you to continue working in primary care whilst helping shape a more integrated approach to ENT care across our region.

Main duties of the job

About the role

• Up to 2.5 Programmed Activities (PAs) per week (1 PA = 4 hours)
• Outpatient clinics (typically two per week)
• Referral triage and Advice & Guidance
• Primary care education, clinical supervision and liaison with LMCs
• Participation in ENT clinical governance and up to 0.5 SPA for development
