Job summary

Omnes Healthcare Limited is seeking motivated General Practitioners to join established primary care teams in Boston Lincolnshire. Roles can be full-time or part-time, with a competitive salary package dependent on experience.

You will deliver comprehensive primary care services, work with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to patient-centred care across all age groups, focusing on high-quality outcomes and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• CCT in General Practice (or within 6 months of completion).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general medical services to registered patients.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practice.
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations.
• Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with clinical guidelines.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary primary care team.
