A leading healthcare provider in London seeks a dedicated General Practitioner to join the Primary Care team at HMP Thameside, working to deliver quality healthcare within a challenging environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in community general practice and a keen interest in substance misuse. The role offers flexible hours and a salary of up to £120,000 FTE per annum, with numerous training and development opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioners to join our Primary Care team at HMP Thameside. HMP Thameside is a category B remand prison located in South East London, close to Plumstead and Woolwich Arsenal stations. The prison houses around 1,232 patients with a variety of needs including substance misuse and mental health. Within this role you will be working in a busy healthcare environment, where no 2 days are the same. Ideal applicants will enjoy working in a fast paced role and have previous experience with substance misuse prescribing. In addition applicants with a keen interest in delivering training and development for junior prescribing staff would be welcomed to this role.

Monday 5pm-10pm
Wednesday 5pm-10pm
Saturday 12pm-10pm
Salary
This role has a salary of up to £120,000 FTE per annum depending on experience
