Locum Ready is looking for a Locum General Practitioner to work for a GP practice in LondonChichester. This role is well-suited to GPs seeking flexible, well-organised sessions within a supportive primary care environment that offers a clear structure for daily clinical work.

You will manage a varied caseload, deliver high-quality patient assessments and provide continuity where required. The practice offers strong administrative support, established clinical workflows and a team-focused approach to patient care, ensuring efficient and manageable session delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Running routine and urgent GP clinics
• Managing acute presentations and complex cases
• Providing telephone consultations and triage as part of daily workflow
• Reviewing investigations, results and medication queries
• Prescribing safely and appropriately
• Documenting consultations clearly using the clinical system
• Supporting the practice with clinical actions and follow-up tasks

Requirements

• GMC-registered General Practitioner
• Active inclusion on the NHS Performers List
• Recent UK primary care experience
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Familiarity with EMIS, SystmOne or similar systems
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS
