Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust Eating disorders service for a Salaried GP to join the multidisciplinary team on a part time (every day) permanent basis.
The successful candidate will provide physical health care, as part of a multi disciplinary team, to patients under the care of the eating disorder service who may be in the community or in a hospital setting.
Main duties of the jobThe successful GP will be expected to cover the service 5 days a week for 20 hours with a focus on reviews and recommendations of bloods and ECG's.
The GP will work closely with Eating disorders clinical leads, operational leads and other eating disorders clinicians including consultant psychiatrists.
The successful candidate is expected to act as a role model for clinical staff demonstrating and promoting the organisation and service core values, beliefs and professional behaviours.
