Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a GMC-registered GP to provide autonomous clinics across community health and primary care settings in Scotland. The role offers flexible sessional shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support urgent patient demand and routine care delivery.

You will contribute to triage workflows, manage diverse presentations, and document care with NHS-standard notes while maintaining high clinical standards and patient safety.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner based in the UK.
• Active NHS Performers List status.
• Experience in community/urgent care or primary care settings.

Responsibilities

• Run autonomous GP clinics in community health and primary care settings.

Locum Ready is looking for a General Practitioner to support regional community health and primary care services across Salmon Inn Road. This role offers flexible sessional work across community-focused GP environments, ideal for GPs experienced in managing varied clinical presentations and supporting urgent patient demand.

You will contribute to community services by providing autonomous clinics, managing acute presentations, delivering routine reviews and supporting triage workflows.

• Running autonomous GP clinics within community health and primary care settings

• Prescribing safely in line with clinical policies
