Job summary

City Health Care Partnership CIC is seeking a Salaried GP to join a supportive primary care team delivering safe, evidence-based care to registered patients across CHCP-supported practices. You will diagnose and treat health conditions, promote wellbeing and ensure access to the right care at the right time.

You will work with colleagues across primary care, contribute to service improvement, clinical governance, and ongoing patient-service development, within a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• A qualified General Practitioner committed to providing safe, person-centred care.
• Experience working in primary care or multidisciplinary settings is desirable.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
