Job description

Position Description:

Full-time position available for an enthusiastic General Practitioner with AHPRA registration and a minimum of 2 years' working experience, seeking work-life balance. This purpose-built, 9-room medical practice is located approximately 1 hour north of Townsville and 2 hours south of Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays. Due to increased patient demand, you will have an automatic start-up client base. GPs within their first 12 months can earn up to $100,000, with potential for growth as qualifications increase. The practice is supported by reception staff, nursing staff, and other FRACGP doctors daily. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 11:00 am on a rostered basis. On-site facilities include a pharmacy, pathology, and diagnostic imaging. The practice is mixed billing, fully computerized, and features two minor theatres for skin procedures, five nurse cubicles, onsite parking, and a private staff room.
