Job summary

Practice Plus Group are expanding their Out Of Hours and Clinical Assessment service across Devon, covering Exeter, Tiverton, Honiton, Okehampton, Newton Abbot, Totnes, Barnstaple and Plymouth. The role offers flexible contract types and opportunities to improve patient care by rapid assessment, planning treatments and appropriate referrals.

Qualifications

• GP qualification and registration in the UK are required.
• Experience in urgent care and out-of-hours settings is desirable.
• Ability to assess, plan, treat and discharge or refer patients via primary care centres and home visits.

• Administer treatment and discharge or refer to other professionals.
• Utilise electronic prescribing system during patient care.

When you join the multidisciplinary team in our Out Of Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment service (CAS) in Devon you can. We are looking to expand our established team in Devon across OOH and CAS roles. We are looking for people based all across Devon to cover our OOH Sites in Exeter, Tiverton, Honiton, Okehampton, Newton Abbot, Totness, Barnstaple and Plymouth.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and committed General Practitioners It’s a chance to simplify and speed up the way patients receive care - by assessing them, planning their care, administering treatment and discharging or referring them to other healthcare professionals via primary care centres and home visits. You will also be using our electronic prescribing system.
