The practice is committed to supporting its staff's professional growth and ensuring high-quality patient care. With a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement, this opportunity is perfect for those looking to make a meaningful impact in primary care. If you are a motivated individual seeking to develop your career in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
Are you looking for Change? Wanting to work in a supportive varied role?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated newly qualified or experienced salaried GP (with an opportunity to become a Partner) to join our team up to 6/8 sessions per week.
We aim to support you to be the best you can be - confident in your care and proud of the outcomes you achieve for your patients. At Hawthorn Drive Surgery, we work hard to ensure that all our staff are motivated and engaged in the running of our organisation; our vision is to be the practice where patients wish to register and staff want to work. Although we are rated as CQC Good, we are still on a transformation programme to continually improve ourselves. If you are a forward-thinking, motivated GP who is looking to contribute to the challenge of delivering care, we want to hear from you.
Hawthorn Drive Surgery is well-regarded for GP, Student, and nurse training. We like to grow our own and support personal development and mutual learning.
We are looking for someone who believes in our vision for high quality, locally relevant primary care, at scale, and who wants to actively engage in our delivery of that, whatever stage you're in your career.
Our Partnership is led by 2 partners and a comprehensive management team. The team is made up of 2 salaried GPs, 2 long-term locums, 2 advanced Nurse Practitioners, 2 Practice Nurses, and 3 HCAs. The surgery also has 2 social prescribers to assist patients with non-medical help such as benefit advice/support, housing issues, etc.
