Role Overview:

You will deliver primary care consultations and health assessments to customers of Bupa Health Clinics, ensuring a high-quality service that delivers high customer satisfaction. We have a network of dedicated Bupa Health Clinics across the UK, with excellent CQC reports. You will join a community of over 200 GPs providing services and treatments to everyone, not just those with health insurance.

What you’ll do:

Being a Bupa GP is a rewarding role with more time to explore patient needs, listen, and achieve job satisfaction. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Delivering face-to-face health assessments and private GP consultations
2. Undertaking clinical work in accordance with good clinical practice standards
3. Attending and participating in clinical meetings and training sessions as required
4. Engaging in incident reporting and investigations
5. Supporting the Centre Manager and Lead Physician in managing complaints
6. Participating in annual clinical reviews and competency assessments within Bupa
7. Collaborating with the Lead Physician on quality improvement activities, including audits
8. Providing clinical advice and guidance to colleagues, including health advisors and administrative staff
