Job summary

Arden House Medical Practice in the High Peak area of Derbyshire is recruiting a GP to join our friendly team on a fixed-term salaried contract for 1 day per week until 31 March 2027.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary medical care, perform assessments, diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions, and contribute to preventative care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Job description

Arden House Medical Practice is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed GP to join our friendly practice team on a fixed term salaried contract until 31st March 2027 for 1 day per week.

We are keen to hear from GPs who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and who would enjoy working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team., The successful candidate will provide high-quality, safe and effective primary medical care to our registered patient population. The role will involve the assessment, diagnosis and management of patients presenting with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, alongside preventative healthcare and health promotion.

We are a small established NHS GP surgery, based in the beautiful High Peak area of Derbyshire.

We have a friendly and supportive team of GPs (2 partners and 1 salaried), 1 ANP, 1 practice nurse, 2 HCAs, 1 clinical pharmacist and a strong administrative team.

Our patient population is approximately 4600 with a mixed demographic. Our clinical system is EMIS.
