Job summary

Millview Medical Centre in Lincolnshire is seeking a GP to strengthen a friendly team of GPs and ANPs in a rural practice with over 12,700 registered patients. The role focuses on high-quality clinical care, collaboration with the local team, and participation in governance and audit.

We offer partnership opportunities for the right candidate, a supportive environment, and a track record of good CQC ratings, with the federation providing specialist staff and home visiting support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery
• Work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan
• Strive to maintain high Quality and Outcomes Framework
• Participate in clinical governance activity and contribute to the improvement in qualify health outcomes through audit
• Provide clinical care to patients as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model.
• Complete consultation sessions (both in person and by telephone)
• Attend surgery meetings
• Adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC and to put individual patient care as your priority.
• Work with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development, delivery and review of the surgery action plan – including list growth, patient satisfaction levels, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, resource profile and cost management.
• Actively use Ask My GP, and act as Hat wearer (Triaging patients one day per week)

Location: Millview Medical Centre, Lincolnshire
Hours: 8 sessions per week

Millview Medical Centre is a friendly, dispensing practice in rural Lincolnshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our team of 7 GPs and 4 ANP’s. We currently have just over 12,700 registered patients and our list is continuously growing.

Our CQC rating is Good.

Opportunities for partnership for the right candidate. We work closely with our local GP Federation which comprises of 2 PCN’s. The Federation provide the practice with a number of staff which includes 3 clinical pharmacists, 1 MSK specialist, prescribing paramedic and a very active Health and Wellbeing team. The federation also provide a home visiting team.
