SEEKING AREA SURVEYORS FOR FULL TIME POSITIONS

Areas of interest are: ALL LONDON LOCATIONS. All other locations considered on an application basis.

Our client is looking for Chartered General Practice Surveyors with a salary in the range of £50k - £75k basic, plus a generous commission on net billing as an uncapped monthly bonus scheme, plus other benefits.

Qualifications

You must be AS SOC RICS, MRICS or FRICS and a registered valuer, with a minimum of 12 months of valuation and survey work experience in your geographical area.

Responsibilities

You will be home based and able to undertake valuations, homebuyer surveys and building surveys. This role provides an opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge, and experience in all areas of valuation and survey work. The jobholder will need to work under their own initiative and will be rewarded for generating new business.
