General Practice Surveyor Location: Exeter
Salary: £38,000 - £56,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Are you a Chartered Surveyor with a strong background in property transactions? We're working with a well-established consultancy that's looking to expand its team with a skilled Estates Surveyor who can lead on leases, acquisitions, easements, and wayleaves.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and wants to work across a diverse public sector portfolio in the South West.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Negotiating and completing leases, land acquisitions, easements, and wayleave agreements.
  • Managing a range of property transactions including sales, licenses, and rent reviews.
  • Conducting valuations, including Local Authority Asset Valuations.
  • Supporting general estate management and handling rating appeals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Post-qualification experience as a General Practice Surveyor (public or private sector).
  • Strong track record in negotiating leases, acquisitions, and statutory agreements.
  • MRICS status (essential); RICS Registered Valuer (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Full UK driving licence (travel required).
