Job description

I am working with a highly respected professional services firm, delivering a broad spectrum of audit, tax, and advisory services across various industries, in their search for a General Practice Partner to join their London team. As a General Practice Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing general practice services, encompassing audit, accounting, and advisory engagements. Your responsibilities will include nurturing client relationships, offering strategic guidance, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee general practice engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction across audit, accounting, and advisory services.
  • Review financial statements, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on financial management, risk mitigation, and growth strategies.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Identify opportunities for business development within the general practice domain and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status.
  • Proven track record of effectively leading and managing audit, accounting, and advisory engagements.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
