The Role

As a General Practice Partner at Gravita’s Bristol office, you will drive our strategic vision within the general practice sector. Your focus will be on generating new business opportunities, overseeing audit and accounts services, building strong client relationships, mentoring a high-performing team, and implementing operational efficiencies aligned with Gravita’s values of quality, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and execute initiatives to expand Gravita’s market share in Bristol’s general practice sector. Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team, fostering excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Client Relationship Management & Business Generation: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, establish yourself as a trusted advisor, identify and secure new business opportunities, and represent Gravita at industry events to enhance visibility.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee engagements from planning to completion, ensure compliance with standards, and optimize workflows to improve team performance and client outcomes.
• Team Development & Mentorship: Mentor team members, support their growth, and drive recruitment and retention strategies to build a resilient team.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• ACA or ACCA qualification with significant post-qualification experience, ideally in general practice.
• Proven senior leadership experience, preferably at partner level, with a successful track record in business development.
• Exceptional technical expertise in audit and financial reporting, with strong commercial insight.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach.
