S1jobs is seeking an enthusiastic General Practice Nurse/Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a friendly multi-disciplinary team in Motherwell. The practice has 7 GPs and 2 senior nurses, with a patient list of about 13,000. You will work alongside the existing team; prescribing is preferred but not essential.

Prior Primary Care experience is essential. Full-time, but hours per week can be flexible. Knowledge of chronic disease management, women's health and minor ailments is needed.

Job description

An enthusiastic General Practice Nurse/Advanced Nurse Practitioner is required to join our team. We work in a pleasant atmosphere, from modern, spacious premises with a broad multi-disciplinary team, including 7 GPs and 2 existing senior nurses. Our patient list size is 13,000.

We are looking for a friendly and keen candidate who will work alongside our existing team. We are looking for a General Practice Nurse Advanced Nurse Practitioner who is a prescriber but this is not essential. Prior Primary Care experience is essential. Full time position however can be flexible with number of hours per week. Knowledge of chronic diseases management, women's health and minor ailments would be required. Salary will be competitive.
