Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced General Practice Nurse as a new member of our nursing team at Carnon Downs Surgery. We are restructuring our team and have a vacancy for an experienced GPN who is skilled in long term condition management. This role will complement our team of two General Practice Nurses, two Nurse Associates, a Health Care Assistant and a Phlebotomist.

Main duties of the job

This role will deliver a key part of our long term condition management including Respiratory, Diabetes and Chronic Heart Disease. Ideally the post holder will be skilled in Cytology and be proficient in the various treatment room priorities such as wound management.
