An established healthcare practice in rural Warwickshire is seeking a qualified nurse to join their supportive primary care team. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing duties, managing chronic diseases, and supporting patient health through various clinical responsibilities. Candidates must have experience in general practice and a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
Due to retirement The Revel Surgery are looking for an enthusiastic nurse with experience in Primary Care to join our supportive team.
Revel Surgery operates from a purpose built premises in beautiful rural Warwickshire. We have a large and friendly clinical team, onsite dispensary and excellent links with Rugby PCN.
You will be working alongside a passionate clinical team with an excellent and very supportive partnership.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties may vary under the direction of the Senior Nurse and Practice Manager depending on workload and staffing levels and may include the following:
Primary Nursing Duties
Revel Surgery is a one site practice with a patient list size currently of 7,900.
We have two partners and six salaried GP's. The nursing team currently consists of one nurse and one HCA. We have an onsite dispensary.
We also have additional PCN roles working in the practice; First Contact Physiotherapist, Pharmacy Technician, Dietician, Clinical Psychologist, Wellbeing Counsellor and Social Prescriber.
We are a training practice and support GP registrars, Foundation Doctors and Medical Students.
MAIN DUTIES
To provide the highest standard of nursing care to our patient's in all aspects of general practice nursing supported by the clinical team.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
