A leading healthcare provider is seeking a General Practice Nurse to join their team for a minimum of 6 months. The role involves providing nursing services, including vaccinations and chronic disease management, with flexible hours available. Ideal candidates will hold current NMC registration and have experience in respiratory care.
We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practice Nurse to join our friendly, supportive, high-performing team at Hannage Brook Medical Centre. The role is advertised to cover a planned absence within our current team. We are looking to recruit a candidate as soon as possible for a minimum duration of 6 months (possibly longer). The role is flexible between 15 to 20 hours per week.

Options to participate in extended access clinics in the evening and Saturdays are available if additional hours are required.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage respiratory services within the surgery and provide nursing services to patients, including childhood immunisations, vaccinations, and health screening.
Hannage Brook Medical Centre is a friendly, high-achieving GP practice based in the lovely town of Wirksworth in Derbyshire. We are rated 'outstanding' by CQC. You will be well supported by our experienced nurse team, consisting of a Lead Nurse Manager, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs, and 2 Phlebotomists.
There is some flexibility in when the hours are worked.
