A prominent NHS trust in Cannock Chase is seeking a General Porter. The role involves providing a comprehensive portering/security service across different shifts. An opportunity has arisen for a General Porter to work within our Portering/Security Department at Cannock Chase Hospital. Working as part of the Team. We are looking for enthusiastic self-motivated people who can work well on their own and as part of a team. You will be able to work in a specific area or, if you prefer, can be trained to work in a number of areas. A General Porter/Security is an ideal opportunity to gain experience of working in a hospital environment. You must have a flexible approach to work hours and to meet the demands of the job; this flexibility is something that you may also find suits your needs. All training and uniform will be provided.
The Post Holder will be responsible, to provide a comprehensive Portering/Secuirty service across all the different shift Patterns which would make up day time hours which is normally 07:00 hrs-19:00 hrs. on the Cannock Chase site.
