  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective LPs, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the fundraising process and beyond.
  • Marketing and Communication: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and pitch decks, to effectively communicate the fund's value proposition and investment thesis.
  • Portfolio Oversight: Work closely with portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance and support, helping them navigate the complexities of the technology landscape and achieve their growth objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Performance Reporting: Establish a framework for regular communication with LPs regarding fund performance, investment opportunities, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Partner or in a senior leadership role within a private equity firm, with a strong track record of raising at least $250 million for a previous fund.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market trends and identify investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A commitment to innovation, sustainability, and creating positive societal impact through investment.
